Marketing and Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team at Mag Events Ltd. This is a key role in planning and executing successful events and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote events and engage with target audiences.
  • Design and Execute Media Strategies: Develop and implement media strategies to maximize event visibility and reach a wider audience.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Oversee the coordination of logistics, including shipping, receiving, and storage, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Arrange Event Details: Arrange for media services, set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems, and other event details.
  • Confirm and Coordinate Speakers and Services: Confirm and coordinate speakers, registration systems, social programs, food and beverage, transportation, and other services.
  • Set Up and Monitor Multimedia Equipment: Set up and monitor multimedia equipment, and research and design special events programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, events, or a related field.
  • 2 Years of Experience: 2 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication and Project Management Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
