About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Quality Inn & Suites High Level. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our hotel's culinary expertise and appeal to a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences.

Culinary Operations Management

Oversee the preparation and presentation of all food and beverages, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Staff Supervision and Training

Lead and motivate a team of cooks, servers, and other kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.

Inventory Management and Cost Control

Manage inventory levels, monitor food costs, and implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize profitability.

Quality Assurance and Food Safety

Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and presented in a safe and sanitary environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a senior culinary role.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven track record of success in a fast-paced culinary environment, with expertise in menu planning, culinary operations management, and staff supervision.

Personal Qualities

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of culinary professionals.
