About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Advisor to join our team at JMJ Building Maintenance Ltd. as a key member of our commercial growth team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive commercial growth and expansion.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market conditions.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute development projects to meet business objectives.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products to inform business decisions.
  • Operational Efficiency: Evaluate customer service and store environments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all necessary business and commercial licenses are in place and up-to-date.
  • Post-Sale Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sales to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
  • Process Improvement: Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
  • Advice and Guidance: Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of an establishment to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Business and/or industry.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized, and a team player.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
