Actuarial Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned actuarial professional to join our team as an Associate Actuarial Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and providing strategic actuarial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities with existing and new clients, positioning TELUS Health as a leader in the market.
  • Strategic Consulting: Provide strategic consulting services to clients, helping them design and manage retirement plans, assess plan funding and risk, and navigate regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead team engagement, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise to team members, fostering their professional development.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in pension plan consulting.
  • Professional actuarial designation such as FCIA, ASA, or FSA.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, up to C-suite level.
  • Solid understanding of actuarial principles, financial markets, and industry developments and emerging trends.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and meet budget and profitability targets.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship skills, ensuring high-quality deliverables while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
