Key Responsibilities

  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture

  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to residents
  • Stock and organize the linen closet efficiently
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures
  • Maintain cleanliness in elevators and common areas
  • Handle lost and found items responsibly
  • Respond to residents' requests for additional supplies
  • Provide basic information about facilities to residents
  • Collect debris and empty trash containers regularly
  • Launder clothing and household linens as needed
  • Mend clothing and linens to ensure quality
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to support overall cleanliness
