Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Finance to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and guidance to support the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis and forecasting to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of financial analysts to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial risks
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability and growth
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Business or Accounting, along with equivalent work experience
  • CPA designation
  • Minimum 6-8 years of progressive leadership experience in financial analysis and budgeting in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 5 years of people management, leading/coaching and mentoring
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivots)
  • Exposure to Business Intelligence solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Hyperion, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Strong commercial and finance acumen, business partnering skills
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and thought leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
