Job Description

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Director of Construction in managing high-rise and hospitality projects primarily in the Niagara region. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is capable of handling multiple tasks and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and manage high-rise and hospitality projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  2. Support the Director of Construction with project planning, scheduling, and execution, utilizing expertise in project management software and MS Office.
  3. Liaise with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, to facilitate effective communication and ensure all parties are informed of project status.
  4. Maintain accurate project documentation and track progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  5. Ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget, maintaining a proactive and go-getter attitude.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  2. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
  4. A proactive and go-getter attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Compensation

$75K-$95K plus package
