Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Princeton. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
