Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Princeton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Hire and manage food service staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
