Reporting directly to the Manager of Network Services, the Lead Technical Analyst is responsible for guiding a team of Technical Analysts and plays a key role in the daily management, strategic planning, execution, and operational provision of Network Services. This role involves coordinating, evaluating, and formulating plans to meet the daily support needs of Network Services. Additionally, the Lead Analyst is tasked with implementing best practices and process standards for support and providing ongoing direction to Technical Analyst staff assigned to both technical support and project initiatives.
The Lead Analyst engages in configuration, installation, technical assistance, problem-solving, and change management related to the data communications network of the organization. This position is crucial for addressing intricate issues associated with the design, configuration, deployment, integration, and management of the components necessary for maintaining network connectivity across various devices, including servers, workstations, telephones, terminals, printers, and an array of clinical and administrative peripherals.
Qualifications:Education, Training, and ExperienceA degree or diploma in Computer Science from a recognized institution, along with four years of recent, relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
