About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cloud Security Engineering Manager to join our team at CLIO. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our cloud security engineering efforts and ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities in our cloud-based systems.
  • Develop and implement cloud security strategies and roadmaps to ensure the security and compliance of our cloud infrastructure.
  • Lead a team of cloud security engineers to design, implement, and maintain secure cloud-based systems and applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Participate in the development of our company's overall security strategy and ensure alignment with our business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud security trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our team is always at the forefront of cloud security.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cloud security engineering, with a strong background in cloud computing and security.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of engineers.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in cloud security technologies and architectures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
