Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and excellent customer service are provided to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our clients.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, and ensure that all necessary materials are ordered and stocked.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of pressure.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform other tasks as required.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of pressure and a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:The hours of work will be 30 to 40 hours per week.
