The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This encompasses managing all communications related to the sale, service, and maintenance of client files and documentation.
Daily Responsibilities of a Client Relationship Specialist
Oversee a Personal Lines portfolio through proactive engagement with clients Prepare applications for New Home insurance policies and other offerings, ensuring all underwriting criteria are met Handle renewals, endorsements, and cancellations efficiently Reach out to clients for renewal instructions and update information as necessary Provide clients with policy coverage details upon request Address inquiries from phone calls and walk-in clients promptly and accurately Promote, clarify, and recommend insurance coverages Cultivate and maintain a robust understanding of all General insurance products. Perform additional tasks and special projects as neededIdeal Candidate Profile
Possession of a Level 1 general license with plans to achieve a Level 2 license 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred Familiarity with ICBC Autoplan is advantageous Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational and time management skills Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to perform under pressure when necessary Knowledge of Epic is preferred, but not mandatoryThe anticipated salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $70,000, determined by factors such as prior experience, location, business segment, and the relevance of the candidate's skills to the role.

Office Information
