Key Responsibilities
  • Table Setup: Arrange clean dishes, utensils, and other items in serving areas.

  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items while ensuring quality standards.
  • Stock Management: Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas, and maintain stock in refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash efficiently.
  • Cleaning Duties: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Food Handling: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as part of food preparation.
Work Environment

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, with overtime being a possibility. Candidates should be prepared for repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods while working under pressure.
