We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Roadhouse Restaurant Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and kitchen management, with the ability to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas, training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, and supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Additionally, the Culinary Expert will be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and cleaning kitchen and work areas.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be physically demanding. They will also have a strong work ethic and be able to work under pressure.

We offer a permanent position with 40 hours per week, working in a restaurant setting. The language of work is English.
