Pickleball Department Assistant

Job Summary
The Pickleball Coordinator is a key member of the Pickleball Department team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pickleball facilities and programs. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule court time and assist members in determining their individual needs for pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment
- Develop and maintain personalized relationships with members to encourage repeat business and promote Life Time programs and services
- Ensure all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized, and in good working condition
- Assist in promoting all Life Time programs, products, and services to members
- Reconcile cash register at the end of each shift and ensure accurate daily billing
Requirements
- Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
- CPR and AED certification within the first 30 days of hire
- 1 year of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Computer experience
