Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Security Specialist to join our executive and leadership team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing information security management policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of information security management policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of security practices into all aspects of the business.
- Provide expert advice on information security design practices, policy, and control frameworks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of security measures.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure the company remains secure and compliant.
Requirements
- 8+ years of working experience in the IT security industry.
- ~5+ years of executive or management-level experience in systems security in consulting or operations.
- ~ Experience in information security management.
- ~ Strong understanding of IT governance, security, and risk management.
- ~ Exceptional written and verbal skills in English.
- ~ Able to lead policy development and implementation across the organization.
