Parking Enforcement Ambassador Job Description

Join Reimagined Parking, a leading tech-powered parking solutions provider, as a Parking Enforcement Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with parking policies and procedures in municipal parking lots and city streets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to customers, even in challenging situations.
  • Monitor Parking Compliance: Utilize License Plate Recognition (LPR) systems to monitor parking policy compliance and issue fee notices to non-compliant vehicles.
  • Enforce Time Limits: Use LPR systems to enforce time limits within specific posted areas.
  • Maintain a Professional Image: Ensure the LPR vehicle is always well-maintained and presents a professional image.
  • Follow Up on Customer Issues: Follow up with management on any potential customer service issues.
  • Assist Merchants and Customers: Assist merchants with parking validation system issues and help customers with pay stations and minor maintenance.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Preferably with experience working with Microsoft Windows PCs and related applications.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Comfortable with devices running Android and Apple Operating Systems and possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
