Agricultural Laborer Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Agricultural Laborer to join our team at AWD ECO-ORGANIC FARM LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain crops to ensure optimal growth and quality
  • Clear fields of debris and stones to prevent damage to equipment and crops
  • Cut and harvest agricultural crops according to farm standards
  • Perform greenhouse cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Hand harvest vegetables and seedlings
  • Assist with seed cutting and weeding
  • Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a rural area and perform physical labor
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Values and ethics that align with our company's mission
