Lead Water Damage Technician

First Onsite is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Water Damage Technician to lead our emergency response and restoration projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the goals and needs of our customers and insurance companies are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and mentor new water damage technicians and labourers on job sites
  • Provide assistance and support to colleagues with completion of tasks as required
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and uncluttered workplace that minimizes cross-contamination
  • Learn and practice correct procedures when environmental work is required
  • Work independently and collaboratively with construction crews

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Solid interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation
  • WRT certification is an asset
  • Availability for scheduled on-call and after-hour shifts
