Job Summary:

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for planning and supervising a wide range of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with all project stakeholders, engineers, architects, and clients to determine and coordinate the specifications of the project.
  • Review all shop drawings for coordination and ensure they meet the project's requirements.
  • Develop and plan for project requirements, including scheduling and budgeting.
  • Chair project meetings and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Develop and update project schedules, including timelines and milestones.
  • Write scope of work documents and ensure that all project requirements are clearly defined.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Residential Project Manager.
  • In-depth understanding of construction and project management principles.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, including MS Project.
  • PMP or equivalent certification would be an asset.
