Job Title: General Construction Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled General Construction Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Estimate costs and materials for projects
- Prepare production and other reports as needed
- Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects
- Work closely with other project supervisors or managers to coordinate activities
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
- Requisition materials and supplies as required
- Train or arrange for training for team members as needed
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
