We are in search of a dynamic and driven lead consultant with a robust background in the Canadian construction sector to enhance our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a vibrant personality, exhibit professionalism, and demonstrate the ability to mentor and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of documents and perform analyses necessary for the creation of deliverables such as claims, expert reports, and supplementary documentation for mediation, arbitration, or litigation.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to junior and intermediate consultants engaged in various projects.
  • Collaborate with teams in both leadership and supportive roles; foster the development of junior and intermediate staff through mentorship.
  • Champion quality assurance and conduct peer reviews across the organization.
  • Identify and cultivate new client relationships and business opportunities with government entities, private sector owners, contractors, engineering/design firms, and legal practitioners.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through formal and informal training and mentorship.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree and/or master's degree in engineering, architecture, or quantity surveying.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within the Canadian construction industry.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, project management, risk assessment, contract management, and analyses related to delays and productivity.
  • Exceptional analytical and writing capabilities.
  • A well-established network within the Canadian construction sector.

Founded in 1970, Revay's team consists of approximately 50 professionals, including engineers, architects, senior technologists, and other related experts. Our services encompass planning, scheduling, project management oversight, contract administration, and risk management.

Our clientele spans the entire construction industry, engaging with various stakeholders including government bodies, public and private sector owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architectural and engineering firms, legal entities, financial institutions, and industry associations.
