Job Title: Building Maintenance Specialist

As a Building Maintenance Specialist, your contribution is essential in upholding our facilities to the highest standards. You will be tasked with ensuring our club is pristine, well-kept, and fully functional to assist our members in reaching their fitness aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely and safe upkeep of building assets, including repair and preventive maintenance of various systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance, preventive measures, and inspections.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving building system failures.
  • Collaborate with external contractors and supervise their work.
  • Follow stringent Health and Safety protocols to maintain a secure environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certification in Building Environmental Systems Operation or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in building systems maintenance.
  • Proficient knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Systems, and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
