Job Title: Finisher, Cement

We are seeking a skilled Finisher, Cement to join our team at Omni Coating Ltd.

Job Summary

The Finisher, Cement will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete surfaces. This includes filling hollows, removing spots, and imparting the desired finish using hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement
  • Operating power vibrators to compact concrete
  • Leveling top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
  • Imparting desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Installing anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
  • Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
  • Waterproofing, damp proofing, and restoring surfaces
  • Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
  • Requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
Work Environment

The Finisher, Cement will work in a commercial, industrial, and residential setting, requiring physical demands, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
