About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a Key Holder Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales: Offer best-in-class mobile plans to our customers and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Live out our values and deliver a personalized experience to every customer.

A Typical Day

As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary daily interactions will be with your co-workers and customers. You will be an integral part of a welcoming and diverse environment that encourages healthy competition for sales incentives.

  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
