About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jolly Roger Inn & Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: A college or CEGEP diploma and 1-2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Screening Questions: We require all candidates to be legally able to work in Canada.
  • Other Benefits: We offer on-site housing options, team building opportunities, parking, and a permanent work term with 40 hours per week.
