- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including print and online media, to attract high-profile candidates.
- Interviewing and Screening: Conduct first-round interviews, assess candidate suitability, and maintain accurate records of all applicants.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment metrics and provide insights and recommendations based on recruitment data.
- Education: Completion or progress toward a diploma or degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of related experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present effectively to individuals and groups, proactive work ethic, strong organizational and time management skills, and high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000
Work Environment: This role is fully based on-site at our office in Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
