We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team at AppleOne. As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company's compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough compliance assessments to identify and mitigate risks associated with regulatory business requirements, processes, and controls.
  • Ensure that all necessary certifications and audit controls are in place and provide guidance as needed to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate and perform risk assessments, monitoring, and testing to ensure adherence to internal compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Administer our compliance management system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in compliance-related roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to understand technical documents and legal/regulatory reference materials.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
