Job Title: Glazier Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Glazier Supervisor to join our team at Euroseal Contracting LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of glaziers, coordinating projects, and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship. If you have a strong background in glazing and excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of glaziers, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects, and recommend personnel actions as needed.
  • Train or arrange for training of glaziers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Leading and instructing individuals, including apprentices, trades helpers, and labourers.
  • Apprentices, trades helpers, and labourers under your supervision will be required to have a Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate and Fall Arrest Protection Training Course.
  • Excellent oral communication, organized, and reliability are essential for this role.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
  • This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with on-the-road job requirements.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Commercial and residential work experience.
  • Excellent oral communication, organized, and reliability.
