Job Title: IT Security Technician

Under the guidance of the Chief of the Security Division, the incumbent is chiefly tasked with overseeing access requests from both internal and external users across various applications. Additionally, they are responsible for processing, prioritizing, and delegating security incidents that impact the entire suite of applications to the relevant support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and manage requests related to computer security.
  • Analyze and address tickets in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Provide information regarding access and authorization management.
  • Engage in proactive security troubleshooting and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new security roles for applications.
  • Train newly appointed security technicians.
  • Contribute to process enhancements and documentation of activities.
Qualifications:

Possess a high school diploma or an equivalent relevant certification.

Hold a specialized diploma in IT or an equivalent relevant certification.

A minimum of two years of experience in managing access requests or in the field of IT security.

Must have two relevant security certifications.

Security clearance will be conducted for the selected candidate.
