Job Title: Member Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team at Your Neighbourhood Credit Union. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, processing transactions, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Cross-sell and refer our products and services to members, ensuring their needs are met or exceeded
  • Balance the ATM and maintain accurate records
  • Make sales calls and referrals to meet sales targets
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to work at any branch of YNCU when requested
  • Meet YNCU's Balancing Standards
  • Professional demeanor and professional dress
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and members
