As a Retail Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring an engaging and exciting workplace for yourself and your peers, and driving continuous sales results.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who shows strong abilities in multitasking, organization, and time management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Opening and closing the store per Operating Policies, maintaining keys to the Store, and ensuring the Store and Company assets are always properly safeguarded and secured.
  • Communicating sales performance results with the Team and providing clear action plans to drive sales.
  • Assisting in providing on-the-job training for new hires and the continued training and development of team members by providing on-the-floor peer mentor/observations as needed.

A typical day will involve supervising retail operations in assistance with the Store Manager, meeting personal targets while driving peers to achieve store goals through effective mentoring and training, executing store operations during scheduled shifts as directed by the Store Manager, and selling merchandise and processing payments.
