Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Jassal Signs Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its sales targets.
- Sales and Merchandising: Establish work schedules, assign sales workers to duties, and authorize payments by cheque. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach sales workers to improve their performance.

Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
