Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning personnel to uphold our high standards.
  • Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
  • Conduct inspections of premises to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Support cleaning staff in their tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Create and manage work schedules for the housekeeping team.
Support InitiativesNewcomers and Refugees
  • Assist with the immediate settlement needs of newcomers and refugees, such as housing and transportation.
  • No prior Canadian work experience is necessary.
Youth Support
  • Provide training to staff to foster a welcoming environment for young individuals.

  • Deliver cultural competency training to enhance inclusivity for Indigenous workers.
Visible Minorities Support
  • Facilitate diversity training to promote a welcoming atmosphere for visible minorities.
