About the Role

Punjab Optical Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business General Manager to lead our business operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including managing resources, budgets, and personnel.
  • Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage financial controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and expansion into new markets.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a business development or operations management capacity.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
