Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Moving Van Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Two Men And A Truck. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, training or arranging for training, and coordinating repairs and rentals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of moving van drivers to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of moving equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
