- Provide training on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Recruit and hire food service personnel.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Prepare financial budgets and cost estimates.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Compile and submit reports as required.
- Prepare summaries of food orders for the chef.
- Oversee the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Responsible for supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
