About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineering Manager to lead our UI Platform team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving initiatives to implement automation, CI/CD, and tools strategies, as well as fostering a strong team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Quality Engineers/SDETs
- Drive initiatives to improve testing and automation across multiple aspects of the business
- Develop and utilize metrics to improve process and drive team performance
- Scale QA team's expertise through continuous improvement and mentoring
- Define and measure product quality metrics to drive release decisions
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in test, development, or automation engineering
- 4+ years of experience developing in an object-oriented testing language
- 3+ years of experience in a test, development, or automation manager role
- Experience with popular UI test frameworks and methodologies
- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and automation technologies
