Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Operations Supervisor to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc.. This is a permanent role that offers a dynamic work environment.

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics activities across various departments.
  • Collaborate with other units to enhance productivity.
  • Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommendations to improve both productivity and product quality.
  • Train staff on company policies and their specific duties.
  • Assign, review, and coordinate work tasks.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize operations.
