Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Operations Supervisor to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc.. This is a permanent role where you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the operational logistics of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to achieve operational goals.
  • Oversee and manage the logistical operations within the organization.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics activities across various departments.
  • Collaborate with other units to ensure seamless operations.
  • Address work-related challenges, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Provide training to team members on their roles and organizational policies.
  • Assign, review, and coordinate work among staff members.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize workflow.
