As a Material Handler I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe movement of Customer product. You will be responsible for processing routine and moderately complex Customer products according to established specifications and procedures within FDA, ISO, and GMP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transfer product from unprocessed storage area to processing area, loads, and unloads processed product, conducts pre-shipping preparation, and stages product in processed area.

2. Maximize processing and minimize downtime by monitoring equipment used for product movement and transfer.

3. Maintain product inventory by receiving, identifying, labeling if appropriate, and storing product within the Shipping and Receiving area in accordance with established procedure.

4. Contribute to accuracy of processing and product accountability by maintaining product documentation and implementing corrective action as needed.

5. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational excellence and support the directives and decisions of higher-level management.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to effectively read, write, and verbally communicate
* Ability to work independently under general guidelines and supervision
* Ability to navigate through defined computer screens
* Above-average organizing, analyzing, and math skills
* Effective interpersonal skills as demonstrated through prior experience
* Ability to adapt to changing duties and responsibilities
* Normal hearing range sufficient to hear alarms, bells, horns, etc.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two (2) years of warehousing/manufacturing environment or experience
