About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at YARROW LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Participate in patient care planning and implementation
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field
  • 1-7 months of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients
