Join Our Team as a Home Support Worker

Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is a leading provider of home-based and community-setting services, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to Canadians. We are excited to announce the relaunch of our Home Support Worker program, a comprehensive training and employment opportunity for individuals passionate about healthcare.

About the Program

This 10-week program combines paid virtual training, on-the-job training, and employment opportunities, providing a unique chance to build a career in healthcare. Our program is designed for individuals who are customer-service-centric, motivated to help others, and enjoy working independently in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Learn
  • Best-in-class knowledge on home care and service plans
  • Skills in coordinating with clients and their families, meeting complex care needs
  • Assessment strategies and reporting findings
  • Household management, nutrition, and food preparation

Requirements
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening check upon hire
