Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Patrack Au Realty & Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train office staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: MS Office, strong organizational and communication skills
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to maintain a high level of attention to detail.
