About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Leader to join our team at D2L. As an Agile Coach and Change Agent, you will play a key role in driving our company's Agile transformation and helping our teams adopt Agile practices and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to Agile teams and programs
  • Implement and improve Agile processes across the organization
  • Guide and coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices and values
  • Assess Scrum maturity and identify areas for improvement
  • Expertly utilize productivity tools like Jira, Confluence, and Aha
  • Actively contribute to the company's Agile community
  • Support change management and the needs of a large product organization
Requirements
  • 8+ years of directly related work experience in a fast-paced, global, high-growth SaaS technology market
  • 8+ years of successful track record of leading Agile transformations and working with cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience defining, implementing, and iterating portfolio, program, and project management practices and processes
  • Agile, Project Management, and/or Change Management certification(s) a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
