We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Leader to join our team at D2L. As an Agile Coach and Change Agent, you will play a key role in driving our company's Agile transformation and helping our teams adopt Agile practices and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to Agile teams and programs
- Implement and improve Agile processes across the organization
- Guide and coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices and values
- Assess Scrum maturity and identify areas for improvement
- Expertly utilize productivity tools like Jira, Confluence, and Aha
- Actively contribute to the company's Agile community
- Support change management and the needs of a large product organization
- 8+ years of directly related work experience in a fast-paced, global, high-growth SaaS technology market
- 8+ years of successful track record of leading Agile transformations and working with cross-functional teams
- Proven experience defining, implementing, and iterating portfolio, program, and project management practices and processes
- Agile, Project Management, and/or Change Management certification(s) a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Competitive salary range: $118,000—$157,000 CAD
