Job Title: Customer Information Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Information Service Representative at FirstTecPro.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering and Preparing Communications Material: Research and gather information to prepare communications materials for customers.
  • Addressing Customer Complaints and Concerns: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing Information and Support: Answer customer inquiries and provide information to resolve their issues.
  • Arranging Billing and Services: Arrange for billing and services for customers.
  • Explaining Services and Costs: Explain the type and cost of services offered to customers.
  • Maintaining Records and Statistics: Maintain accurate records and statistics of customer interactions.
  • Performing General Office Duties: Perform general office duties as required.
  • Selling Merchandise: Sell merchandise to customers as needed.
  • Maintaining Digital Databases: Maintain and manage digital databases for customer information.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience or equivalent.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • MS Office: Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • MS Project: Knowledge of MS Project.
  • Quick Books: Familiarity with Quick Books.
  • Spreadsheet: Skilled in spreadsheet software.
Security and Safety:
  • Basic Security Clearance: Possess basic security clearance.
  • Bondable: Willing to undergo a bondable background check.
  • Criminal Record Check: Pass a criminal record check.
Personal Suitability:
  • Client Focus: Strong client focus and customer service skills.
  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent Oral Communication: Strong oral communication skills.
  • Reliability: Reliable and trustworthy.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Judgement: Good judgement and decision-making skills.
