About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at Thai Cuisine Experts Inc. as a Kitchen Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring that our high standards of quality and presentation are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to prepare and cook high-quality dishes.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that our inventory is always well-stocked and up-to-date.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure that our kitchen and work areas are clean and safe, and that all health and safety regulations are met.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant or similar food service establishment.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and requires attention to detail.
