Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer

CBCL Limited is in search of a Senior Municipal Engineer to enhance our team. Throughout the design phases, you will be empowered to take a pivotal role in achieving outstanding outcomes for our clients.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation of conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs for a comprehensive range of civil and municipal infrastructure;
  • Develop tender packages that include drawings and contract specifications;
  • Contribute to construction cost estimations;
  • Execute contract administration tasks;
  • Manage projects to adhere to budgetary constraints and deliverables;
  • Engage and communicate with clients;
  • Draft technical reports;
  • Support the preparation of proposals.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
  • Registered or eligible for registration with the relevant engineering body;
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in municipal infrastructure design;
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ArcMap is advantageous;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with colleagues, other design disciplines, and the public;
  • Detail-oriented, organized, diligent, and a collaborative team player;
  • Strong time management abilities and capacity to perform under pressure to meet deadlines;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites.
