Product Development Manager

Canadian Solar is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our battery inverter products. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful launch of new products.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute product roadmaps to drive business growth and market leadership.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product requirements are met and aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform product development and launch strategies.
- Manage product development timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product launches.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
- Communicate product information and updates to internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing teams, and executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline, such as electrical engineering or computer science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of power electronics, battery technologies, and energy storage systems.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
